說 明Description:
⑴本儲罐的操作系統(tǒng)多集中于儲罐底部，儀表系統(tǒng)及組合閥設(shè)置在筒壁，便于觀察操作.

(2) 內(nèi)膽設(shè)置有兩個安全閥S1、S2，夾層泄壓裝置B。

(3) 連接形式：進(jìn)液口→2＂螺紋連接，排液閥→2＂螺紋連接，抽空口→法蘭.

儲罐的增壓 Tank pressurization

當(dāng)儲罐向外供液又需要穩(wěn)定排液壓力時，可利用汽化器（另外配備）進(jìn)行增壓。其操作過程如下：

2.3.1開啟V2排液閥，使液體二氧化碳汽化器汽化，開啟V3回氣閥（根據(jù)用戶回氣管路的設(shè)置，V3回氣閥可置于常開狀態(tài)）從汽化器分流出來的氣體返回儲罐上部，使儲罐內(nèi)增壓。

2.3.2當(dāng)儲罐內(nèi)壓力達(dá)到2.1Mpa時，可暫時關(guān)閉V3回氣閥。

2.3.3排液過程中，可通過控制V3回氣閥的開度，使增壓能力維持在壓力穩(wěn)定的水平。

2 儲罐的操作Tank operation

儲罐的操作分為充液、貯存、增壓、排液等過程，每個過程必須做到：V6三通截止閥（連接安全閥）和V8液位計(jì)組合閥始終處于全開狀態(tài)。罐內(nèi)壓力不應(yīng)高于2.16Mpa，壓力不應(yīng)低于0.8Mpa .
